Biography
Mr. Nugent has represented a wide range of clients, from Fortune 500 companies to individuals, and has significant experience in contract drafting, sensitive negotiations, real estate disclosure obligations, and structural defect litigation. Recognizing a need for a higher level of service in the real estate industry, he formed Nugent Properties, Inc. in 2006.
In addition to protecting your legal interests, Mr. Nugent loves real estate and helping clients find the perfect home or real estate investment opportunity. As says himself, "I enjoy touring properties and helping find the right fit for each client. I'll always go to bat for you to help you get the best price market conditions will allow." He also has a particular eye for spotting the potential in dated properties in need of rehabilitation, and after several home renovations of his own, knows what to look for-and avoid-in seeking properties for rehabilitation and investment. Mr. Nugent can also help clients determine whether a property they're interested in is right for them financially, in establishing a realistic budget including tax savings, determining the proper form in which to take title, with establishing living trusts.
